Product Description:

TRC façade is a fiber-reinforced cementitious cladding system consisting of a cement-based mortar combined with alkali-resistant (AR) glass mesh reinforcement. It is categorized as a mesh-reinforced façade system. This innovative solution is known as Textile Reinforced Concrete (TRC).

The TRC system is applied in thin layers (typically between 10 to 20 mm), which significantly reduces the overall weight of the façade while providing excellent tensile and flexural strength. This makes it an ideal solution for high-rise buildings and ventilated/dry façade systems. The final surface can be finished in a wide variety of colors and textures.

Technical Compliance:

Technical requirements for TRC façades are outlined in Section 11-4 of the "Design, Structural, Functional, and Execution Guidelines for External Building Façades" (Regulation No. 714, issued by the Plan and Budget Organization of Iran).
