Product Description:

A coarse-grain gypsum plaster designed for spray application as a base coat, applied directly onto brick or block masonry surfaces.

Applications:

• Rapid and uniform coating of walls and ceilings in construction projects

• Suitable for use on interior surfaces of buildings

• Compatible with concrete, brick, clay blocks, and other common building materials

• Initial setting time: Approximately 20 minutes

• Final setting time: Approximately 60 to 90 minutes

• Density: Around 1100 kg/m³

• Compressive strength: Minimum 5 MPa

• Formulated with special additives for machine spray application

Instructions for Use:

Surface Preparation:

• The surface must be clean and free of dust, oil, and other contaminants

• Any cracks or structural damages must be repaired before application

Mixing:

• Mix the gypsum powder with water in a 1:2 ratio (gypsum to water)

• Use a spray plastering machine to mix and apply the plaster

Application:

• Apply the prepared mixture using a spray machine onto the desired surfaces

• After spraying, the surface can be leveled or finished as needed

• Allow the plaster to dry completely

Consumption:

• Depending on the layer thickness, the typical consumption is around 10 kg per square meter

Warnings – Do Not Use In:

• Temperatures below 5°C

• Extremely humid or submerged environments

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes

• Use a mask if you have respiratory conditions

• Do not add unauthorized additives unless instructed by the manufacturer
