Applications:

• Repair and restoration of damaged concrete surfaces

• Filling cracks, depressions, and spalls in concrete structures

• Edge and surface restoration of chipped or broken concrete

• Structural rehabilitation of components in buildings, bridges, tunnels, and infrastructure

• Initial setting time: Approx. 60 minutes at 25°C

• Base: Cement-based – no need for polymer modification or additives

Instructions for Use:

Substrate Preparation:

• The substrate must be clean and free from dust, oil, and contaminants

• Moisten the surface if necessary, but avoid standing water

Mixing:

• Mix dry mortar with clean water at approx. 13% of powder weight

• Use a mechanical mixer to ensure a smooth and uniform consistency

Application:

• Apply the prepared mortar using a trowel or spatula

• Compact thoroughly to fill all voids and ensure proper bonding

• Finish the surface using appropriate finishing tools

Maximum Working Time:

• Approximately 60 minutes at 25°C

• (May vary depending on ambient temperature and conditions)

Consumption:

• Typically 30–35 kg/m² per 1 cm of layer thickness

Warnings – Do Not Use In:

• Temperatures below 5°C

• Environments with high humidity or submerged conditions

• Do not mix with foreign additives or chemicals without manufacturer approval

• Avoid early drying due to wind or direct sunlight, as it may lead to cracking

• Do not add self-leveling or plasticizing agents without consulting the technical datasheet
