Product Description:

A fine-grain powder with high and versatile adhesive strength, designed for filling and finishing joints between gypsum ceiling tiles and drywall panels.

Applications:

• Joint filling and finishing in drywall (Knauf) systems

• Sealing gaps between gypsum ceiling tiles

• Surface leveling and unification of gypsum board joints

• Creating a smooth, uniform surface prior to painting or final coating

Instructions for Use:

Surface Preparation:

• The substrate must be clean and free from dust, oil, and other contaminants

• Ensure all joints and cracks are dry and free of loose materials

Mixing:

• Add 750 grams of clean water per 1 kg of putty powder

• Mix thoroughly until a smooth, uniform paste is achieved

Application:

• Apply the prepared mixture using a putty knife or trowel

• Completely fill the joints and cracks, then level the surface

• Allow the putty to dry completely before further finishing

Consumption:

• Depending on the thickness of the applied layer, typical consumption ranges from 0.5 to 1.5 kg per square meter

Warnings – Do Not Use In:

• Temperatures below 5°C

• Highly humid environments or underwater applications

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes

• Do not add any unauthorized materials to the putty unless directed by the manufacturer
