Porcelain Wall Tile Adhesive is a professional-grade, high-performance product designed for installing porcelain tiles on both interior and exterior walls. It offers excellent adhesion and moisture resistance, making it ideal for wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens.

• Note: Any adjustments must be made before the end of the pot life

Instructions for Use

Substrate Preparation

• The surface must be clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, and oil

• The substrate should be solid, flat, and stable to ensure proper adhesion

• Slightly moisten the surface if needed

Adhesive Preparation

• Mix the specified amount of adhesive powder with clean water in the correct ratio

• Use a suitable mixer to achieve a smooth, homogeneous paste

• Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then remix before application

• Use the mixture immediately

Application

• Apply the adhesive to the prepared surface using a notched trowel

• Press porcelain tiles firmly and evenly into the adhesive layer, maintaining proper alignment

• Remove excess adhesive promptly and ensure tiles are level

Maximum Working Time

The prepared adhesive mixture should be used within 40 minutes at 20°C. (This duration may vary depending on temperature and environmental conditions.)

Coverage

Using a 5 mm notched trowel, the consumption rate is approximately 4 to 5 kg per square meter.

Warnings and Restrictions

• Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C

• Do not use in areas with high humidity or during rainfall

• Avoid applying over frozen, greasy, oily, or contaminated surfaces

• Prevent contact with skin and eyes

• Individuals with respiratory conditions should wear a protective mask

• Store in a dry, covered area as per the product guidelines
