Applications

Polymer masonry mortar is suitable for various masonry works, including:

• Wall construction for load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls

• Bonding different masonry materials such as clay bricks and LECA blocks

• Suitable for bonding AAC blocks, clay blocks, or lightweight blocks

• Color: Grey

• Compressive strength: Minimum 10 MPa

• Initial setting time: Approx. 20 minutes at 20°C

• Dry density: Approx. 1.8 g/cm³

• Base material: Cement-based with modified additives

Instructions for Use

Surface Preparation

• The substrate must be clean, free of dust, oil, and other contaminants.

• Cracks or damaged areas must be repaired prior to application.

Mixing

• Mix a specific amount of dry mortar with clean water at a ratio of 13% by weight.

• Use a mechanical mixer to achieve a uniform and homogeneous paste.

Application

• Apply the prepared mortar to the wall using a trowel or spatula.

• Level the mortar and ensure it is placed correctly.

• Remove excess mortar from the edges.

Maximum Usable Time of Prepared Mortar

• Approx. 40 minutes at 20°C (this may vary depending on temperature and environmental conditions).

Consumption Rate

• For wall construction with 1 cm mortar thickness, the consumption is approximately 13–15 kg/m² (depending on the type of block or brick).

Warnings – Do Not Use In the Following Cases

• At temperatures below 5°C

• In highly humid or underwater environments

• In direct contact with chemicals

• With added cement, lime, or other additives unless approved by the manufacturer
