Technical Specifications:

  • Compressive strength: Over 8 MPa

  • Flexural strength: At least 7 MPa

  • Working time: Approximately 40 minutes (at 20°C)

  • Initial drying time: Approximately 24 hours

  • Final drying time: Approximately 7 days

  • If surface correction is needed, it must be done within the working time.

Instructions for Use:

Substrate Preparation:

  • The surface must be clean and free of dust, oil, and grease.

  • The surface must be solid and even.

  • If necessary, moisten the surface before application.

Preparation:

  • Mix a specified amount of powder with water using a manual or electric mixer until a uniform and lump-free paste is obtained.

  • Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then stir again before use.

Application Methods:

  • Manual Application: Apply the prepared mixture to the surface using a trowel. Use suitable tools to create the desired pattern.

  • Spray Application: Pour the prepared mixture into an appropriate spraying device and apply it to the surface. Use suitable tools to achieve the desired design.

  • Roller Application: Prepare the mixture carefully. Use a roller to spread it over the surface and then shape the design using appropriate tools.

  • Maximum usable time for prepared mixture: 40 minutes at 20°C (this may vary depending on temperature and environmental conditions).

Consumption Rate:

  • Manual Application: Approximately 3 to 3.5 kg per square meter at a maximum thickness of 2 mm

  • Spray Application: Approximately 3.5 to 4 kg per square meter depending on thickness

  • Roller Application: Approximately 2.5 to 3 kg per square meter depending on surface absorption

Warnings – Do not use the product in the following cases:

  • Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C.

  • Avoid using in poorly ventilated areas.
