Product Description:

A coarse-grain gypsum plaster designed for manual application as a base coat directly on surfaces such as brick, block, and concrete walls.

Applications:

• Provides a uniform wall and surface coating in construction projects

• Suitable for use on brick, block, and concrete surfaces

• Ideal for base layer preparation in building finishes

Technical Specifications:

• Initial setting time: Approximately 45 minutes

• Final setting time: Approximately 90 to 120 minutes

• Density: Around 1200 kg/m³

• Compressive strength: Minimum 5 MPa

• Contains special additives for optimal setting and improved workability

Instructions for Use:

Surface Preparation:

• The surface must be clean and free from dust, oil, and other contaminants

• Cracks or damages must be repaired before application

Mixing Instructions:

• Use approximately 600 grams of water per 1 kg of base coat gypsum plaster

• Stir the mixture slowly until it becomes a uniform, paste-like consistency

Application:

• Apply the prepared mixture to the target surface using a trowel or spatula

• Smooth and shape the surface as needed and allow the plaster to dry completely

Consumption Rate:

• Depending on the thickness of the plaster layer, typical consumption is around 13 kg per square meter

Warnings – Do Not Use In:

• Temperatures below 5°C

• Highly humid or underwater environments

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes, and do not inhale plaster dust

• Do not add unauthorized materials unless instructed by the manufacturer
