Product Description:

GM100 Industrial Grout is a high-performance, cement-based grout designed for use beneath base plates. Thanks to its high compressive strength, excellent flowability, and superior adhesion to concrete surfaces, it is ideal for filling voids under base plates, rails, anchor bolts, heavy machinery, and structural equipment.

• Filling voids beneath base plates in structural and industrial systems

Instructions for Use:

Preparation:

• Mix the specified amount of dry grout powder with clean water at a 13% water-to-powder ratio by weight

• Use a mechanical mixer for optimal consistency

• The resulting mix should be homogeneous, bubble-free, and highly flowable

Application:

• Pour the prepared grout into the void beneath the base plate using a trowel or funnel

• Ensure complete filling without air gaps

• Leave the surface undisturbed and allow it to cure naturally

Maximum Working Time:

• Approximately 30 minutes at 20°C (may vary depending on ambient conditions)

Consumption:

• Typically 21 to 23 kg per square meter, depending on the size and depth of the void beneath the base plate
