Product Description:

This basecoat mortar is designed to eliminate surface discontinuities and prevent cracking in high-stress areas.

Applications:

• Surface preparation where high mechanical strength is required

• Reinforcement of high-traffic and high-stress areas

• Crack prevention and structural surface strengthening

Technical Specifications:

• Color: Grey

• Compressive strength: Minimum 20 MPa

• Tensile strength: Minimum 5 MPa

• Initial setting time: Approx. 30 minutes at 20°C

• Final setting time: Approx. 24 hours

• Density: Approx. 1.7 g/cm³

• Chemical base: Fiber-reinforced, cement-based powder

Instructions for Use:

Surface Preparation:

• The surface must be clean and free of dust, oil, and other contaminants

• Properly prepare forms and substrates with suitable tools

Mixing:

• Mix the dry mortar with clean water at approximately 20% by weight

• Use a mechanical mixer to obtain a homogeneous, lump-free mixture

Application:

• Apply the prepared basecoat to the surface using a trowel

• Smooth the surface and create an even layer

Maximum Working Time:

• The prepared mixture should be used within 60 minutes at 20°C (may vary with environmental conditions)

Consumption:

• Typically 15 to 20 kg per square meter per 1 cm layer thickness

Warnings – Do Not Use In:

• Temperatures below 5°C

• Highly humid or submerged environments

• Do not add colorants, resins, or other additives unless approved by the manufacturer
