Applications:

The powdered adhesive is specifically formulated for bonding facing bricks and is suitable for the following uses:

• Interior and exterior building facades

• Ideal for installing facades with clay, terracotta, and Gothic-style bricks

• Suitable for residential, commercial, industrial, and villa buildings

• Applicable on brick, cement, and concrete surfaces

Technical Specifications:

• Color: Grey or white

• Compressive strength: Minimum 7 MPa

• Flexural strength: Minimum 5 MPa

• Working time: Approximately 40 minutes at 20°C

• Initial drying time: Approximately 24 hours

• Final curing time: 7 days

• If surface corrections are needed, they must be done within the working time.

Instructions for Use:

Surface Preparation:

• The substrate must be clean and free of dust, oil, and grease.

• The substrate must be solid and level.

• If necessary, moisten the substrate slightly before application.

Preparation:

• Mix a specified amount of adhesive powder with water and stir using an appropriate mixer for 3–5 minutes until a uniform paste is obtained.

• Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then stir again before application.

Application of the Mixture:

• Apply the prepared adhesive onto the surface using a notched trowel.

• Place the clay or terracotta facing bricks onto the adhesive and press evenly.

• Ensure proper leveling of the bricks during installation and remove any excess adhesive.

Maximum Usable Time of Prepared Mixture:

The maximum usable time of the prepared adhesive is approximately 40 minutes at 20°C (this may vary depending on temperature and environmental conditions).

Consumption Rate:

Using a 5 mm notched trowel, the adhesive consumption is approximately 4 to 5 kg per square meter.

Warnings – Do Not Use In:

• Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C.

• Do not use in environments with high humidity, standing water, or heavy rainfall.

• Avoid application on frozen surfaces or surfaces contaminated with grease, oil, or debris.

• Individuals with respiratory conditions should wear a mask. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
