Product Description:

This product is specifically designed to reduce or eliminate application steps such as spray coating by providing a direct and efficient base layer on concrete surfaces.

Applications:

• Surface preparation for concrete walls

• Base layer prior to painting or plastering on concrete surfaces

• Sprayable primer for exterior concrete surfaces before façade finishing

Technical Specifications:

• Color: Grey

• Compressive strength: Minimum 20 MPa

• Tensile strength: Minimum 4 MPa

• Initial setting time: Approx. 30 minutes at 20°C

• Final setting time: Approx. 24 hours

• Density: Approx. 1.6 g/cm³

• Chemical base: Modified cement-based powder

Instructions for Use:

Surface Preparation:

• The substrate must be clean and free of dust, oil, and other contaminants

Mixing:

• Mix the dry mortar powder with clean water at a 20% weight ratio

• Use a mechanical mixer to achieve a uniform and lump-free mixture

Application:

• Apply the prepared basecoat to the concrete surface using a trowel

• Smooth and level the surface to form an even layer

Maximum Working Time:

• The prepared mixture should be used within 60 minutes at 20°C

• (Time may vary depending on ambient temperature and humidity)

Consumption:

• Typically 20 to 30 kg per square meter for each 1 cm layer thickness

Warnings – Do Not Use In:

• Temperatures below 5°C

• Environments with high humidity or exposure to rain
