Tile Grout – Applications and Technical Specifications

Applications:

• Grouting ceramic and porcelain tiles in both interior and exterior areas

• Suitable for bathrooms, kitchens, swimming pools, and sanitary spaces

Instructions for Use

Joint Preparation:

• Tile joints must be clean and free from dust, grease, oil, or any contaminants.

Mixing:

• Mix the specified amount of grout powder with clean water (approx. 25% by weight).

• Use a suitable mixer to obtain a smooth and homogeneous mixture.

• Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then remix before use.

• Apply the grout using appropriate tools.

Application:

• Fill the joints with the prepared mixture using a spatula or trowel.

• After initial setting, wipe off excess material with a damp sponge and allow joints to dry completely.

Maximum Pot Life:

Use the prepared grout within 30 minutes at 20°C. (This may vary based on temperature and environmental conditions.)

Coverage:

Depending on the joint width and depth, typical consumption is 200 to 500 grams per square meter.

Warnings – Do Not Use If:

• Temperature is below 5°C

• Environment is highly humid or exposed to rainfall during application

• The surface is frozen, oily, or contaminated

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes

• Use a mask if you have respiratory conditions

• Store in a dry, covered space as per manufacturer's instructions
