Product Description:

A fine semi-grain gypsum plaster designed for coating cement-based surfaces. Unlike ordinary gypsum, this product can be applied on smooth surfaces without cracking.

Applications:

• Suitable for use on concrete, brick, clay block, and other mineral-based surfaces

• Ideal for interior spaces

• Can be used on smooth surfaces

Technical Specifications:

• Color: White

• Initial setting time: Approximately 15–20 minutes

• Final setting time: Approximately 60 minutes

• Compressive strength: Minimum 5 MPa

• Density: Approximately 900 kg/m³

• Contains special additives to enhance adhesion

Instructions for Use:

Surface Preparation:

• The surface must be clean and free from dust, oil, and other contaminants

• Cracks or damages on the surface must be repaired beforehand

Preparation:

• For every 1 kg of gypsum plaster, add 600 to 700 grams of water

• Mix slowly until a uniform, paste-like consistency is achieved

Application:

• Apply the prepared mixture using a trowel or spatula on the desired surface

• Do not apply the plaster on hot or very dry surfaces

• Allow the plaster to dry completely

Consumption Rate:

• For a 5 mm thickness, the typical consumption is about 4 kg per square meter

Warnings – Do Not Use In:

• Temperatures below 5°C

• High humidity or rainy environments

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes

• Use a mask if you have respiratory issues

• Store in a dry and covered place

• Do not mix with other materials unless directed by the manufacturer
