Product Description:

This adhesive can be applied in thicknesses ranging from 1 to 20 mm. Thanks to its special grain size and added modifiers, it offers enhanced elasticity and flexibility, making it ideal for a variety of flooring needs.

Applications:

• Fixing standard ceramic tiles to floors

• Fixing porcelain tiles to floors

Technical Specifications:

• Color: Grey or white

• Compressive strength: Minimum 8 MPa

• Flexural strength: Minimum 5 MPa

• Working time: Approx. 30 minutes (at 20°C)

• Density: Approx. 1.7 g/cm³

• Surface corrections, if needed, must be done within the working time

Instructions for Use:

Substrate Preparation:

• The substrate must be clean and free of dust, oil, and other contaminants

• The substrate should be solid and slightly damp

• Moisten the substrate if necessary before application

Mixing:

• Mix the powder with clean water at a ratio of approximately 26% by weight

• Stir the mixture using a suitable hand or electric mixer until a uniform paste is achieved

• Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then stir again before use

Application:

• Apply the prepared adhesive to the substrate using a notched trowel

• Place the porcelain tiles onto the adhesive, applying even pressure and ensuring proper alignment

Maximum Working Time:

The prepared adhesive should be used within 30 minutes at 20°C (time may vary depending on temperature and environmental conditions)

Consumption Rate:

Using a 5 mm notched trowel, the consumption is approximately 4 to 5 kg per square meter

Warnings – Do Not Use In:

• Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C

• Not suitable for use in high-humidity environments or under direct rainfall

• Do not apply on frozen, greasy, or contaminated surfaces

• Individuals with respiratory conditions should wear a mask

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes

• Store in a dry, well-ventilated area according to the manufacturer’s instructions
