Applications:

• Powder adhesive specifically formulated for fixing ceramic tiles on walls and floors in indoor spaces

• Suitable for installing non-porcelain ceramic wall and floor tiles

• Applicable on brick, stone, and concrete walls

Technical Specifications:

• Color: Grey or white

• Compressive strength: Minimum 7 MPa

• Flexural strength: Minimum 5 MPa

• Working time: Approximately 30 minutes at 20°C

• Initial drying time: 24 hours

• Final curing time: 7 days

• If surface correction is needed, it must be done within the working time

Instructions for Use:

Surface Preparation:

• The substrate must be clean and free of dust, oil, and grease

• It must be solid and level to ensure proper adhesion

• If necessary, slightly moisten the surface before application

Preparation:

• Mix a specific amount of powder with 26% of clean water by weight

• Stir using a manual or electric mixer until a uniform paste is obtained

• Let it rest for 5 minutes, then stir again before use

• Use the prepared mixture immediately

Application of the Mixture:

• Apply the adhesive using a notched trowel onto the prepared surface

• Place the tiles with even pressure and level them properly

• During installation, ensure tile alignment and remove any excess adhesive

Maximum Working Time:

The maximum usable time of the prepared adhesive is 30 minutes at 20°C (this may vary depending on temperature and environmental conditions)

Consumption Rate:

When using a 5 mm notched trowel, consumption is approximately 4 to 5 kg per square meter

Warnings – Do Not Use In:

• Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C

• Do not use in high humidity environments or under rain exposure

• Avoid application on frozen, oily, greasy, or contaminated surfaces

• Individuals with respiratory conditions should wear a mask

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes
