Applications:

Instructions for Use:

Substrate Preparation:

• The substrate must be clean and free of dust, oil, and other contaminants

• If necessary, slightly moisten the surface before application

Mixing:

• Mix the specified amount of dry mortar with clean water at approx. 13% of the powder's weight

• Use a mechanical mixer to achieve a homogeneous mixture

• Apply the ready mix using a trowel, specialized tools, or spraying equipment

Application:

• Spread the prepared mortar using a trowel or spray machine

• Use appropriate tools for final surface finishing

• For optimal performance, use the mortar within 30 to 45 minutes

• Do not store mixed mortar for more than 24 hours unless initial setting is controlled

Maximum Working Time:

• Approx. 60 minutes at 25°C

• (This may vary depending on ambient temperature and environmental conditions)

Consumption:

• Typically 13 to 15 kg/m² per 1 cm thickness, depending on layer thickness

Warnings – Do Not Use In:

• Temperatures below 5°C

• Areas with high humidity or standing water

• Do not mix with additives or chemicals unless approved by the manufacturer
