By entering the Be Malat website and using your personal profile, along with the features and services available on the site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions, as well as the method of using dry mortar products and the services provided. Please note that placing an order and purchasing a product means full acceptance of all Be Malat terms and conditions by the user.

General Rules

All principles and procedures of Be Malat comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Electronic Commerce Law, and the Consumer Protection Law. Accordingly, the user is obliged to adhere to the relevant laws. If any changes occur in the terms, procedures, and services in the future, these will be published and updated on this page. By continuing to use the website, you agree to accept any such changes.

Definition of Customer or User

A customer or user refers to an individual, company, or organization that uses the details provided in the registration form to place an order or use any services provided by Be Malat.

Privacy Policy

Be Malat respects and protects the privacy of individuals using its website services. Be Malat is committed to defending your privacy and will develop the necessary technologies to ensure a safer and more secure use of the site. By using the Be Malat website, you agree to this policy.

Product Types and Applications

1. Currently, the dry mortar products offered on this website are produced at the Ben Malat dry mortar factory, part of the New Iranian Building Materials Technology Company. Be Malat, as the supplier of these products to the construction industry, offers them under the Be Malat brand. For more information, refer to the “A Word with You” video on the main page of the site.

2. Products marked as Water Resistant (AWR2) are not waterproof or insulating. These are suitable for areas with high humidity or places where mortar is constantly exposed to moisture. For more information, refer to the instructional video (Section 7) on the dry mortar products on the Application and Installation page.

3. Each product, according to the descriptions provided on the website, has different applications for construction. The customer is required to follow the instructions based on the textual and video content on the site, including the correct substrate, the type of application for different construction tasks, mixing instructions, and the use of each product with the required amount of water (except for the straw clay mortar). Products should not be mixed with each other or with other materials, and all standards specified on the website must be followed. Non-compliance will result in product inefficiency, and the customer will be responsible.

4. For colored mortars, if the color shown in the images on the website is unclear, it is recommended to request a sample of the product before placing the order. After approval, you can proceed with the order. Placing an order means the customer has confirmed the product type.

Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

1. The products are shipped from Mahdishahr city in Semnan province, and the destination is the location specified by the customer for delivery.

2. A business day is defined as Saturday to Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, excluding public holidays in Iran. All orders and payments placed during business hours will be processed the same day, while those made after business hours will be processed on the next working day.

3. Customers are advised to match their total order weight with the capacity of available trucks (4000, 6000, 10000, 15000, and 22000 kg) to optimize shipping.

4. For pallet and shrink-wrapped packaging, each pallet weighs between 1050 and 1200 kg and contains 35-40 bags. Shipping is carried out exclusively via trailers with a capacity of approximately 22000 kg.

5. Products will be shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation (via cash deposit, bank transfer, or online payment).

6. The shipping costs from the origin to the destination are borne by the customer and are calculated based on the type of transport, according to the rates of transport companies.

7. All costs related to the purchase, including product price, VAT, pallet, and shrink-wrapping (if selected by the customer), will be included in the invoice. No additional charges will apply for product orders.

8. Be Malat makes every effort to ensure that all orders are delivered safely and on time, in cooperation with trusted shipping companies. Any damage or loss during transportation is the responsibility of the transport company. If the customer requests Be Malat to manage the transportation, the necessary coordination for delivery times should be done in advance. Delays in receiving the product and any related transportation damages are the responsibility of the customer.

Product Quality

We confidently offer dry mortar products with the highest quality controls and testing according to mortar group standards. Our goal is to provide the highest quality products with the best performance for our customers. Your full satisfaction with the dry mortar products is our greatest honor and encouragement in promoting the use of dry mortar as a replacement for traditional mortars. If, despite following all instructions and requirements for using the product, the product does not meet your expectations and causes any damage or loss, you can request an inspection by Be Malat experts on-site. If the mortar’s performance is found lacking, Be Malat will compensate for the damage by replacing the product on-site. These types of requests are valid for up to three months after purchase.

Force Majeure

All terms and conditions are applicable under normal circumstances. Be Malat holds no responsibility in case of force majeure events.
