To mortar experience the best quality

Mortar production process

Unlike traditional mortars, which are mixed on-site at construction projects, dry mortars are produced in factories under strict quality control procedures. Dry mortar is a ready-to-use mortar that is systematically manufactured in a factory with the most precise mix design and suitable additives, in compliance with the latest international standards. It is then packaged in bags for convenient use.

Application of mortars

Given that the performance of mortars varies under different execution conditions and, more importantly, their compatibility with modern materials such as Hebel blocks, Wall Mesh, Wallcrete, Wall Speed, and LECA blocks differs significantly, ready-mix mortars provide the advantage of high product diversity. These mortars undergo rigorous laboratory testing and standardized evaluation processes to achieve optimal quality, ensuring that the final product is tailored to meet the specific needs of the user.

How to use mortars

The use of ready-mix mortar products is very easy and does not require special training. In most cases, they are ready for use simply by adding water, with the required amount and instructions clearly stated on the product packaging. Additionally, video tutorials on the website demonstrate the application of most products. Throughout the ordering and usage process, our technical experts will be available to provide necessary guidance and support to valued customers.

Why ready mortar?

Why Should We Use Ready-Mix Dry Mortar, and What Is Its Necessity in Construction?

If you compare some of the modern and current construction materials with their traditional and older counterparts—such as multilayer plumbing pipes versus old metal pipes, or the use of ready-mix concrete in construction versus the manually mixed concrete of the past—you can confidently confirm the necessity of using ready-mix dry mortar instead of traditional mortar in construction. This is especially true considering that the variety and applications of mortars are even broader and more extensive than those of concrete.
So, why haven’t we used dry mortar until now?

Production Workshop and Portfolio

What is dry mortar, what materials is it made of, and what properties does it have?

Dry mortar is composed of sand, cement or lime, and pozzolanic materials, which have been improved using a series of specific powder polymer additives. This process enhances the properties of the mortar, leading to faster application and improved quality compared to traditional mortars.

What is the historical origin of the maximum use and application of dry mortar?

Later, this mortar, known as "lime mortar," was used by the Romans and other countries. Some are mistaken in believing that the extensive use of mortar originated with the Romans, whereas its origin and invention trace back to Iran. Over the years, the use of mortar expanded globally, and this growth accelerated after World War II, when the need for faster construction and development in building increased.

How can dry materials be used in the required quantity at the construction site?

It is often observed that materials are not provided in the required amounts at construction sites, leading to waste. However, "Beh Malat" dry mortars are supplied in 30 kg bag packaging, which not only facilitates the use and transportation of the mortar but also helps prevent material wastage.
